At Insulation UK, we want to ensure your project is a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused insulation materials within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all insulation rolls, boards, or accessories are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  Depending on the size of the order, we can arrange a courier collection from your site or you can ship the items back to our central distribution warehouse using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
